Prof. Guandong Xu

The Education University of Hong Kong, China

Professor Xu Guandong is a leading expert in data science, artificial intelligence, and social computing. His groundbreaking research has earned him multiple international accolades. A trailblazer in applying disruptive technologies, Professor Xu is committed to advancing interdisciplinary research and innovation.He has secured over 10 million AUD in research funding from the Australian Research Council, government bodies, and industry partners. His work focuses on recommendation systems, information retrieval, data-driven knowledge discovery, and social computing, resulting in over 240 publications in top journals and conferences. He consistently ranks among the top 2% of scientists globally, with extensive citations of his work.Professor Xu is the founding Editor-in-Chief of "Human-Centric Intelligent Systems" (Springer) and an Associate Editor for the "World Wide Web Journal" (Springer). As the founding chair of the advisory committee for the International Conference on Behavior and Social Computing, he actively promotes academic exchange and mentorship of young scholars.In recognition of his contributions, Professor Xu was named a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) in 2021 and the Australian Computer Society (ACS) in 2022. His research has significantly influenced the advancement of data science and AI, driving practical innovation in these fields.

Prof. Yongjun Feng

Shaanxi Normal University, China

Feng Yongjun, male, professor, doctoral supervisor, born in July 1980 in Anyue, Sichuan. He graduated from Xiamen University in June 2012 with a Ph.D. in Educational History. He is a postdoctoral fellow in education at Beijing Normal University, visiting professor and master's supervisor at Tianjin University and other institutions, specially appointed researcher at the Research Office of the People's Government of Yunnan Province, researcher at the Key Laboratory of Ethnic Education Informatization (Ministry of Education), doctoral supervisor at Stamford International University (Thailand), project director of the China Higher Education Panel Survey (CHEPS), and recipient of the Special Talent Allowance of the Hebei Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government.

Prof. Pengfei Xu

Northwest University, China

Pengfei Xu, currently, is a professor of School of Information Science and Technology at Northwest University, Xi’an, China. He received the Ph.D. degree from Xidian University, Xi’an, China, in 2014. His research interests include computer vision and pattern recognition. He has published more than 50 papers in international journals and conferences, including iScience, IEEE TIP,IEEE TGRS, IJCAI, and etc. He has applied for 16 invention patents, of which 6 are authorized, and completed the translation of "Computer Vision: Models, Learning and Reasoning". He has lead 11 projects, including National Natural Science Foundation of China, Natural Science Basic Research Plan in Shaanxi Province of China, China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, and etc. He was awarded the Third Prize of Science and Technology Reward of Xi’an Government. In August 2017, his research on facial recognition and behavior analysis of Golden Monkey was interviewed by the Yellow River Connection.
